IMPORTANT NOTICE TO AGENTS
THERE IS NO INCREASE IN THE SUBSCRIPTION PRICE
However, please note the small increase in the postage and handling charges,
necessitated by the recent increase in postage required to mail the Journal.

1. Discounted Price for Agents: $230.00 + Postage & Handling.
   Therefore the following amount should be paid:
   $255.00 ($230.00 + $25.00) for subscriptions mailed to U.S. addresses.
   $265.00 ($230.00 + $35.00) for subscriptions in Canada and Mexico.
   $280.00 ($230.00 + $50.00) for all other subscriptions.
   
   
2. Your renewal orders should be sent early enough to be received before the end of December of the current year. Late renewals only result in confusion on the part of your clients and delayed delivery of the Journal.
   
   
3. AGENTS ARE NOT BILLED FOR RENEWALS. Bills are sent once to the name and address to which the Journal is mailed. REQUEST BILLS FROM YOUR CLIENTS. For prompt and correct credit, return a copy of the bill(s) with payment.
   
   
4. Checks should be made payable on a US bank (microencoded). Otherwise, a 25% charge should be added to the payment.
   
   
5. We always address our mailing labels as follows. We would appreciate it if your orders could be entered similarly.
