A computer disk should be sent only when the paper has been approved for publication. The author should make any corrections or changes indicated by the Editor and/or referee(s) before submitting a disk. TWO Hard (paper) copies of the FINAL manuscript must be submitted with the disk.
Text and graphics should be saved on a CD (DVD, Zip disk or diskette). When final acceptance is recommended by the Editor, send the CD and two hard copies of the final version of the manuscript. Make certain to indicate the name of the programs used (e. g. Word, ChemDraw) and include both the Word file, and all of the individual ChemDraw files in a separate folder. For Structures, we can access ChemDraw and EPS; authors should also consult the “Guide for the Drawing of Structures and Equations” available in a current issue of OPPI or on the website www.oppint.com. This will allow us to expedite the processing of papers and to enter last minute corrections. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
